Roux is a pantry revolution wrapped in cardboard. This senior thesis project reimagines boxed comfort food for the modern young adult with a bold, design-forward brand and unexpected flavor lineup. Roux elevates everyday meals into crave-worthy experiences. Designed for convenience, style, and a touch of rebellion, Roux makes mac and cheese more than just a nostalgic staple—it makes it an aesthetic choice.
